Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information about availability, rates, and property features, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Final booking details will be confirmed through our booking system.

4. Property Rules and Guest Conduct

General Rules:

• Maximum occupancy as specified in booking confirmation
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No parties or events without prior written approval
• Respect for neighbors and quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
• No pets unless specifically approved in advance
• Guests must be 21 or older to make reservations

Damage and Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or violation of property rules.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: Villa Ora di Oro, its owners, and representatives are not liable for:

Travel and Health: Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance, meeting entry requirements for Curaçao, and ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
